Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, in their original condition with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Products purchased in offers and sales.

The new order will be delivered within 4-5 working days once dispatched.

Shipping Costs:

  • A shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us immediately to arrange an exchange free of charge.

Note: A maximum of two exchanges is allowed per order.
